How to Order & Catering Policies
To ensure we deliver the highest quality food and best service for your gathering, please review our ordering guidelines:
- Advance Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all catering and group orders. Because our catering availability fills up VERY quickly (especially weekends and all days from October to January), we strongly recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Orders are accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to availability.
- Payment Terms: All catering orders must be paid IN ADVANCE prior to pickup to confirm your booking.
- Processing Fees: All credit card transactions will be assessed a 3% credit card usage fee.

Important Catering Guidelines & Policies
- Notice Requirement: Minimum of 48 hours’ notice required for all catering orders[cite: 1]. Orders are subject to scheduling availability[cite: 1].
- Payment: Orders must be paid IN FULL at the time of booking[cite: 1]. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments[cite: 1].
- Changes & Cancellations: A $25 fee applies to changes or cancellations made after confirmation[cite: 1]. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable (funds may be applied to a future booking)[cite: 1].
